We believe our fees offer excellent value for money, and in many cases can become self-funding through the financial savings we may be able to achieve.
Each client’s needs are carefully listened to and fully understood when agreeing fees, to ensure these are cost effective for our clients and befitting of their requirements. The following information provides an overview of our fee structures.

- Retaining fee – Payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee
- Success fee – The success fee is calculated as a percentage of the final purchase price. Payable upon legal completion or twenty one days after exchange of contracts, whichever is sooner.
London rental search
- Retaining fee – Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search.
- Success fee – a percentage of the annual rent. Payable upon signing rental agreement.
Negotiation only
- Terms and fees are stipulated on an individual case basis
- Payable – upon exchange of contracts.
Sales assistance
- Retaining fee – Payable upon instruction prior to the commencement of the search. Retaining fees are fully deductible from the final success fee.
- Success fee – A percentage of the final sale price. Payable – upon exchange of contracts.
Area familiarisation / Orientation only
Area orientation tours are charged per day for an accompanied tour of up to three areas of previewed properties.
Advice is given on property styles, local area information and schools as required.
This service is particularly useful if you are considering a new area and are not ready to commit to a purchase as yet. Depending on your brief, tours can be tailored to your requirements.
